A Message from the Founders
From Our Family to Yours,
When we founded the Fountain of Youth Senior Living collection, we started with a single, deeply personal question: “Where would we want our own parents to live?”
We have always been close to the seniors in our lives. Their wisdom, their stories, and their presence have shaped who we are. We knew that we wanted to create something different—a place that didn't feel like a "facility," but like a vibrant, elegant extension of home.
We named our mission the Fountain of Youth because we believe that age is simply a number. Moving into a senior residence shouldn't feel like "the end"—in our eyes, it is a brilliant new chapter. It’s a time to trade the heavy lifting of daily chores, cooking, and maintenance for a life focused on what truly matters: joy, safety, and connection.
The Emerald House is the first jewel in our collection. Here in McIntosh County, we are on a mission to show our residents that life still has so much to offer. We are passionate about seeing our residents happy, healthy, and—above all—comfortable.
Choosing a home for your loved one is a profound act of love. We take that responsibility to heart. Being able to care for your parents and grandparents gives us immense pleasure, and we promise to treat them with the same dignity and grace we give our own family.
Life is beautiful at The Emerald House. We can’t wait to welcome you home.
With Heart and Dedication,
The Founders

A Family on a Mission.
Why do we call our collection the Fountain of Youth? Because we believe that age is simply a number, and the spirit has no expiration date.
We are a family-owned team on a mission. Having always been close to the seniors in our own lives, we know that the 'golden years' aren't an ending—they are an unfolding. We saw a need for a place that felt less like a facility and more like a vibrant home; a place where your parents and grandparents aren't
just 'cared for,' but are truly known.
Showing our residents that life still has so much to offer is our greatest joy. We handle the heavy lifting of chores and daily tasks so that our residents can focus on what matters: laughter, connection, and the excitement of each new day.
